8- In a circular motion massage both sides of the head. Don’t give high pressure; try giving slow pressure around the head and ears. 

9- In an oval shape motion through your fingers massage the sides of the neck. The base section of the skull should be focused the most. 

10- Use bread-kneading motion to massage the shoulders. 

11- Massage the lower back in circular motion also the shoulder blades. 

12- Same motion should be used for massaging the legs, however, avoid working around the sensitive parts like the inner sides of the hips.
